K Hotels

The company’s first hotel, the Kodak Hotel, was opened in Keelung. Then the Kodak Hotel Taipei I was opened. The Kodak Hotel Keelung was expanded, laying down the foundation for K Hotels to become a chain hotel group. Japanese style service spirit and strict management model was also introduced, establishing the K Hotels Group’s excellent business hotel brand image.

To give the group’s hotel a fresh new look and re-mold the brand image, Kodak Hotels was changed to K Hotels. The new hotels in the group were also given a classic post-modern design, matched with carefully-selected bedding and complemented by the K Hotels service spirit that has remained unchanged for several years, offering an all-new accommodation experience to our guests and making business hotels more refined and guest-friendly.

  1. Every room has an occupancy limit of 2 people, and 3 people if added with an extra bed. If there are accompanying children, the maximum occupancy is two children. Should you need an extra bed, please make reservation in advance by phone. Otherwise, an addition charge is imposed per person depending on the age of the child or on the extra bed. (the available room types that can be added with an extra bed is: Executive Room. Extra bed is sofa double bed 160cm x 170cm.
  2. Children's fees are as follows:
    • The child under 7 years is without bed and free(without amenity). The maximum number of children in a room is 2.
    • The child between 7 to 11 years is charged NTD800 per person per night(include amenity and breakfast). Please present a valid identification document.
    • The child over 12 years is charged NTD1,500 per person per night(include amenity and breakfast).It’s depends the situation to change the room that can add an extra bed. The maximum number of children in a room is 1.
  3. The official check-in time is at 3 pm, check-out time is at 12 noon.
  4. All reservations will be held until 6 pm, unless further arrival information is provided.
  5. All the room rates include the Tax.
  6. Major credit cards like VISA, MASTER, JCB, AE,APPLE PAY、SAMSUNG PAY or UnionPay are accepted.
  7. The hotel reserves the right to readjust all the rates without a prior notice.
  8. No pets allowed.
  9. Free parking service (High Limit below 1.5 meters)
  10. Cancellation policy:
    • Cancellation on date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
    • Cancellation prior to 1 day of arrival, 80% of the deposit will be charged.
    • Cancellation prior to 2-3 days of arrival, 70% of the deposit will be charged.
    • Cancellation prior to 4-6 days of arrival, 60% of the deposit will be charged.
    • Cancellation prior to 7-9 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
    • Cancellation prior to 10-13 days of arrival, 30% of the deposit will be charged.
    • Cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival, full deposit will be refunded.
